Push Prep Workshop
A workshop designed to prepare pregnant people for labour, birth and the postpartum period.
The Mini Push Prep workshop provides you with the tools and knowledge you didn’t know you needed to physically prepare for labour and recover with more confidence in the postpartum period.
In the workshop,
you will learn:
• how to do kegels properly with the breath & functionally WHILE you exercise
• how to breath and proper posture/alignment in pregnancy
• how to safely strengthen your core & your transverse abs - a key muscle for pushing
• how to tone & relax the pelvic floor
• how to breath in labour
• labour positions
• postpartum recovery tips & yes, this also applies to c-section Mamas
It is not a traditional prenatal course, but dives into pelvic floor and deep core anatomy allowing you to understand your own body through pregnancy, labour and delivery.
The workshop teaches you what movements you can do at home to help best prepare for, and recovery from labour.
Preparing your body for birth and understanding the mechanics of pelvic mobility can help you create space for your baby, before and during labour, so she can move through your pelvis with greater ease.
This online, self-paced workshop program is sub-divided into bite-sized video pieces allowing you to review content at your own pace.
In addition to educational content, the workshop program also includes hand full of pre-recorded workout videos that you can do from home at anytime.
